We strive to answer your questions and get your computers back on line and make your internet access enjoyable and problem free. We're not perfect, but we try. If you have a problem or concern with your help desk call, or if we simply made a mistake, please feel free to call the toll free number that your internet service provider has given you, where an AHB will answer the phone and put you in touch with the proper AHB (namely, the boss HelpDeskGuy) to resolve the problem (you can also email the boss HelpDeskGuy an AHB at problems@helpdeskguys.com ). If that does not resolve your problem, please call your Internet Service Provider. They'll need to know the time of your call to the Help Desk Guys, and who you talked to. Most calls are recorded!|

3. REMEMBER IF YOUR EMAIL PROGRAM SHOULD FAIL IN ANY WAY, YOU CAN ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EMAIL AT HTTP://WEBMAIL.RRV.NET This also works if you have your own private domain if the email is hosted at any of our client companies. Remember you must put in your entire email address including the @XXX.net or .com. And the fields are case sensitive: "joe" and "JOE" and "Joe" are different passwords. Checking your email on the webmail system will NOT delete any messages that you look at, so you will still receive those emails when you get your regular email program working. REMEMBER WE ENCOURAGE you to use the latest version of Microsoft email programs for you email gathering. It's the fastest way we can get you back to a working situation. |
